
If you are interested in scheduling a presentation you may contact the Bakersfield Police Department Traffic Section. The presentation may be presented to a large group in an auditorium, or at a smaller classroom
level. The school needs only to provide a venue, the students,
and a place for the presentation.

Officer Rex Davenport,

About the presenter:
Officer Davenport was born and raised in Bakersfield. He has been a police officer for over five years and is currently assigned to the traffic division as a motorcycle officer. Prior to traffic, Officer Davenport was assigned to the patrol division, working in all areas of the city on both the day shift and night shift. He is married and has one daughter. In his off time, Officer Davenport enjoys golf, fishing, and spending time with his family. Officer Davenport is very passionate about this program as he himself lost a brother to an alcohol related traffic collision.

Officer Wells has been with Bakersfield Police Department for 7 years. He has been assigned to the traffic division for the past 2 years. He is a graduate of CSUB with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. His wife, Cerrena, is a teacher and they have two young children.
